Decent Cybersecurity Takes Off at Avalon 2025

Decent Cybersecurity AVALON

Attending Avalon 2025 near Geelong, Victoria was a pivotal step for Decent Cybersecurity in expanding our global footprint. Held from 25 – 30 March 2025, this international airshow is on of the most prestigious events in the field of aviation, defence and space technology attracting hunderes of thousands visitors from across the globe. The event was not only a celebration of aerospace technology but also a strategic gateway to the Indo-Pacific region with attendece by major Asian, European and American stakeholders from aerospace and defence industry with support from the Royal Austrialian Air Force.

What set Avalon 2025 apart from other expos was its deep focus on aviation and space technology. Unlike broader defence exhibitions, this event brought together stakeholders uniquely attuned to Australia’s specific cybersecurity needs — driven by geographical isolation and heavy reliance on digital infrastructure. We saw a consistent and strategic interest in AI-integrated and quantum-resistant systems, especially those capable of securing aerospace and maritime domains.

Representing Slovakia in the Slovak national pavilion under the auspices of the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Sydney and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, we introduced our cutting-edge post-quantum defence cybersecurity solutions to a market ready for innovation. Throughout the event, our mission was clear: demonstrate our next-generation cryptographic technologies and forge strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the defence, aerospace, and cybersecurity sectors. And we delivered. In just a few days, we held dozens of targeted meetings including high-level conversations with the Australian Department of Defence and leading aerospace companies. These interactions laid the groundwork for impactful collaborations and positioned us as a relevant player in the region’s defence ecosystem.

Our key focus was on showcasing QuantumProof Protocol and DroneCrypt UTM, both designed to secure military-grade communication systems against emerging quantum threats. The reception was overwhelmingly positive. In total, we identified highly qualified leads, with strong potential for future cooperation — particularly in secure state communication services and the protection of aviation and satellite systems.

Australia presents unique opportunities. Its defence sector is proactively seeking advanced cybersecurity solutions due to ongoing regional tensions and a firm commitment to NATO-aligned standards. That’s why our solutions resonated so strongly. From export opportunities and joint R&D with universities and defence institutions, to distribution partnerships in Australia and New Zealand, the outcomes of our participation were nothing short of transformative.

Participation in the Slovak national stand was also a significant advantage. It provided us with a professional platform to showcase our capabilities, making our presence at Avalon a resounding success. We leave Avalon 2025 not only with new business leads, but with a clearer path into the Indo-Pacific market. It’s a region that demands innovation and resilience — two things Decent Cybersecurity delivers without compromise.
