PNTMAP™ from Decent Cybersecurity is a sovereign PNT threat intelligence service that maps GNSS interference, jamming and spoofing affecting UK aviation. It derives its picture from ADS-B integrity monitoring across UK-owned ground nodes, operated by a UK company within a security-cleared group, so the sensors, the data and the signing keys all stay under UK control. Every measurement is signed at the node with NIST post-quantum cryptography and verified at ingest, which turns positioning degradation from anecdote into evidence.

Measured at the node, not inferred:

Ground nodes observe aircraft-reported navigation integrity directly across the airspace they cover, so degradation is detected from the traffic itself rather than reconstructed from crew reports after the flight has landed.

Post-quantum provenance from sensor to screen:

ML-DSA-65 signing under FIPS 204 is live on every current node and verified at ingest, with TLS 1.3 and hybrid post-quantum key agreement in transport, so an observation can still be trusted and attributed years later.

Honest about its own coverage:

Per-node ingest commitments make reporting gaps detectable rather than silent, and a published capability status states plainly which functions are live and which are not.

Interference You Only Learn About Afterwards

GNSS jamming and spoofing against civil and military aviation has moved from rare to routine across European airspace. Yet most operators still learn about it after the fact, from crew reports and anecdote rather than from measurement. What awareness exists tends to rely on foreign-operated feeds, with no sovereign control over how the data is collected or retained, and the evidence is rarely signed, which makes it weak ground for investigation or attribution. The result is an operational risk that everyone acknowledges and almost nobody can measure.

One Network, Two Things It Produces

PNTMAP™ turns raw reception into usable intelligence through two layers that work as a single service:

1. PNTMAP™ Sensing Network

UK-owned ground nodes monitor ADS-B integrity continuously across the airspace within their reception range, signing every telemetry batch at the node so provenance begins at the sensor rather than at the server.

2. PNTMAP™ Intelligence Layer

Signed observations are correlated, anomalies are surfaced onto a live map, and the same picture is available through API and alerting, with independent anchoring so any claim can be checked by a third party.

Built for Airspace You Are Accountable For

PNTMAP™ is made for organisations that have to answer for what happens in the air. Air navigation service providers and airline operations centres get a measured view of where positioning quality is degrading. Ministries of defence and military airspace authorities get sovereign collection with no foreign dependency in the chain. UAS and U-Space operators get early sight of GNSS denial in the corridors they fly, and critical infrastructure operators dependent on GNSS timing get warning of the same interference before it reaches their receivers.

PNTMAP™ is operated by Decent Cybersecurity Ltd, a UK company within a group holding NATO and EU Facility Security Clearance at Secret level. The measurement infrastructure is UK-owned, the cryptographic keys never leave the operator, and post-quantum signing is standard rather than a roadmap item. Where a commercial feed asks you to trust a pipeline you cannot inspect, PNTMAP™ is built so that every observation carries its own proof.

PNTMAP™ is an intelligence and situational-awareness service, not an authorised navigation source, and must not be the sole basis for flight planning, navigation or aviation safety decisions. Monitoring covers only airspace within reception range of commissioned nodes, and absence of data elsewhere is not evidence of nominal conditions.
