TUKE – Technical University of Košice
Project: Comprehensive Security Audit and Soft Targets Protection Programme
Objective: Strengthen the resilience of one of Slovakia’s largest universities against hybrid, physical and personnel attacks.
Scope of Work:
Decent Cybersecurity executed a Multi-domain Security Audit covering three of the four key domains of protection:
• Physical and Object Security – access control, perimeter protection, and emergency preparedness,
• Personnel Security – background verification and incident response readiness,
• Administrative Security – governance, documentation, and crisis procedures,
Outcome:
The project resulted in a multi-domain security assessment and tailored improvement roadmap enabling TUKE to enhance safety of its students, staff, and critical research assets.
The initiative has an ambition to serves as a national reference project for soft targets protection in the academic environment and a model for replication across other universities and public institutions in Slovakia.
